Foote and Karney of O,R&L sell 26,450 s/f industrial building for $1.175m

Steve Foote and Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 26,450 s/f industrial building at 102 Pane Rd. for $1.175 million. O,R&L represented the seller, RBMC, LLC. The buyer, On Site Gas Systems, a local Newington business, is expanding its operations beyond its principal location at 35 Budney Rd. The property is a multi-tenant retail/industrial building with approximately 40% of the area occupied by Image Ink, Accu-Cut Sharpening and Kempokan. O,R&L is a full service real estate firm with four divisions: commercial real estate brokerage, commercial construction, facility management, and appraisal.
