Flynn to be awarded at July 25 golf event
Retired state representative David Flynn of Bridgewater will be presented with ASM's "Legislator Lifetime Achievement Award" at the 16th Annual ASM Golf Tournament on July 25. Known as the Dean of the House, representative Flynn retired this year after nearly 50 years of public service. During that time, he did much to benefit the construction industry in this state and was instrumental in the passage of the landmark "Prompt Pay" law just one year ago.
