Flayhan and Keefe of HK Group sell 36,207 s/f office building for $7 million

David Flayhan and Matthew Keefe of HK Group have sold 1221 Post Rd. East for $7 million. The seller was GHP Office Realty and the purchaser was a local buyer. 1221 Post Rd. East is a 36,207 s/f office building with occupancy at the time of sale at 96%. The building is undergoing a new look on the exterior as well as having a completely renovated interior lobby and common area. In another transaction Flayhan, David Lindland and Greg Romano of HK Group sold 1937 West Main St., Stamford. The seller was Cytec Industries and the purchaser is a Stamford based investor group, with HK Group representing both seller and purchaser. 1937 West Main St. consists of a 227,000 s/f building on 8.8 acres, and additional plans for the site are currently under review.

Woburn, MA Reveneer has relocated its global inside sales operation from Burlington to Woburn. Formerly headquartered on Burlington Mall Rd., the firm now occupies 9,800 s/f at Cummings’ landmark TradeCenter 128 business and technology campus.
