The landlord, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, was represented by Curtis Cole of CB Richard Ellis/New England. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
480 Arsenal St. is a two-story, 145,000 s/f building that features biotech lab space. The property is located less than five miles from I-90, the Massachusetts Tke., and is situated close to the Arsenal Mall.
