Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has expanded by 18,748 s/f of additional laboratory and office space in building 600/700 at the One Kendall Sq. complex. Merrimack will now occupy a total of 50,495 s/f and be the largest tenant in the building.

Built in 1916 and renovated in 1986 and 2008, Building 600/700 is a 234,631 s/f, five-story, Class A research facility offering wet laboratory and office space. One Kendall Square campus consists of nine buildings totaling more than 670,000 s/f of laboratory, office and retail space. The site is close to the MIT campus and the MBTA Red Line station at Kendall Sq. On site amenities include a 1,500 car parking garage, six restaurants, Bright Horizons child care and the Kendall Square Cinema.
