Fischer of Fischer Real Estate negotiates 8,000 s/f restaurant lease
Dallas-based LQ Management, LLC and the Zhang Corporation have entered into a 10-year lease for the 8,000 s/f restaurant space formerly occupied by Famous Dave's restaurant at the LaQuinta Hotel, 65 Columbus Blvd. The tenant will be opening a buffet-style restaurant and bar featuring Chinese and Japanese food.
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, president of Fischer Real Estate, was the sole broker who handled the negotiations between the parties.
"This space received lots of interest and several offers but from the outset, the hotel management decided it wasn't going to rush into any deal until it found the right operator," said Fischer, adding, "With Zhang, LaQuinta feels it got its man."
