Fini Real Estate Group brokers sale of 24,800 s/f 166 South River Road for $2.35 million

Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of 166 South River Rd. This building was the former headquarters of AAA Northern New England for many years and consists of 24,800 s/f of multi tenant medical and professional space. It is situated in the Bedford Business Corridor. Fini Real Estate represented the seller, Cantrell Properties, LLC and assisted the buyer Creg-South River Road, LLC, a subsidiary of R.J. Finlay & Co. The company plans to restore the building to a class A professional center and maintain its characteristics. Most area residents recognize the property because of its all glass façade and cube shape. According to Registry of Deeds the property was sold for $2.35 million.
