Financial Marketing Group signs 3,176 s/f lease at Merritt 7 Park

According to Albert Phelps, Inc., the managing and leasing agent for Merritt 7 Corp. Park, Financial Marketing Group has signed a five-year lease for 3,176 s/f. Financial Marketing Group moved to the penthouse floor Building 501. "Merritt 7's convenient and accessible location combined with a great amenity package and all new property renovations were appealing incentives for Financial Marketing Group," said JoAnn Brennan McGrath, director of leasing for Merritt 7. Tenants include: Financial Accounting Foundation, LaSalle Bank, Marsh USA, EMCOR, HEI, ABB Inc, Kodak, Siemens, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., IPSOS, Arch Chemicals, Inc., and Principal Financial.
