Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Company completes $1.1 million sale for 760 Partners, LLC to HOP760, LLC
HOP760, LLC has purchased 790 Hopmeadow St., a 14,000 s/f three-story office building in the center of town for $1.1 million from 760 Partners, LLC. The building most recently served as the administrative headquarters for Simsbury Bank prior to their relocation to a larger facility in the summer of 2013. Currently the entire building is vacant and available for lease. Managing partner and principal Andrew Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Company (www.rmbradley.com) represented the seller and procured the buyer.
