Fellah of HK Group is sole broker for three leases totaling 4,045 s/f

Executive vice president Franco Fellah of HK Group, was the only broker involved in three leases, two in Westport and one in Norwalk. At 113A Post Rd. East, Advanced BioHealing, Inc. has taken 1,450 s/f. The tenant, based in LaJolla, Calif. is a specialty biotechnology company focused on the development and marketing of cell-based and tissue-engineered products, such as Dermagraft and Trans Cyte. The owner of 113A Post Rd. East is BER Holdings, LLC. Emily Cashman, a psychologist, has subleased 250 s/f of medical offices at 127 Kings Highway North, from Dr. Ameet Lamba, a tenant in the building. Cashman is the program coordinator of the Right Track extended-day treatment program at Hall-Brooke Hospital . At 200 Conn. Ave., in Norwalk, M & R International, Inc., a paper distributor, has renewed a 2,345 s/f lease for additional 5 years. The owner is Davis Marcus Partners.
