Fellah of HK Group finalizes sale of 10,431 s/f building in Westport, CT

Westport, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group has finalized the sale of the 10,431 s/f building located at 38 Main St.

The building’s first floor is leased to British luxury furniture brand Timothy Oulton, a company with 43 retail galleries throughout the world. 

The second floor is leased to Mexicue, a contemporary Mexican-American restaurant with seven locations along the East Coast.

The property was sold to a New York state-based real estate investment company. HK Group was the only broker involved.

The property is located in the Business Center District on a 0.2 acre lot.

HK Group is a full-service commercial real estate firm started in 1988. It has grown steadily from a local Westport business to one that today encompasses an operating area of New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
