James Fazzone, president of Cheshire Real Estate Commercial and James Fazzone Developers LLC, has signed a long term lease with Spectra Energy Partners Algonquin Gas Transmission LLC for a new 30,000 s/f building located at 1490 Highland Ave.
1490 Highland Ave. is the fourth building located within the Highland Industrial Center which was also developed by Fazzone. This 30,000 s/f building is part of a two building expansion project that began four years ago. This location will serve as the company's construction support facility for capacity expansion of Algonquin pipe lines.
