Farrelly, Dancoes and Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield and DuBois Associates broker $4.4 million sale

Greenland, NH Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire represented Ocean 125 Realty, LLC and Harbour Links Estates, LLC in their sale of 125 Ocean Rd. The property has been acquired by Bluebird Greenland, LLC, a self-storage company, for $4.4 million.

125 Ocean Road - Greenland, NH

125 Ocean Rd. is a single-story, 46,720 s/f warehouse building located on 8.6 acres of land with more than 1,000 feet of frontage on I-95. 125 Ocean Rd. includes both air-conditioned office and warehouse space. The immediate area includes retail stores, restaurants and medical services. Bluebird Greenland will use its newly acquired location to expand its storage facilities.
