EXP Realty Advisors arranges $17 million sale of Star Market property

Harwich, MA EXP Realty Advisors has arranged the sale of a 59,054 s/f net-leased Star Market property, located at 18 Sisson Rd. for $17 million which represents a cap rate of 6%. 

The town is a beach resort community situated along Nantucket Sound on Cape Cod. Star Market is a grocery store chain that is based in West Bridgewater. The site benefits from limited competition, as it is the only brand-name supermarket in the immediate area. 

Andrew Greenberg of EXP Realty Advisors represented the purchaser of the property. The purchaser, a New York City based real estate investor who needed to complete a 1031 exchange.

EXP exclusively represents owners, to sell their property into the investment and 1031 exchange markets, as well as representing buyers looking for high quality replacement properties nationally.
