Everest, Triglione and Bartley of Nordlund Associates handle $3.3m sale and 17,419 s/f lease

14 Birch Road - Middleton, MA

Middleton, MA Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 14 Birch Rd., in Middleton. The 33,160 s/f building on 1.39 acres was purchased by Big Three Ventures, LLC from Birch Road 14, LLC. The property sold for $3.3 million which equals $99.52 per s/f.

261 River Street - Haverhill, MA

In addition, Nordlund Associates finalized the lease of 261 River St. in Haverhill, Mass. Borden Textile, LLC leased 17,419 s/f of light manufacturing space. 

According to Jim Polakeiwicz, CEO of Borden, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund to find a property to relocate our company, as our lease was expiring. Due to the extremely tight supply of industrial space, the team worked diligently and successfully to locate this off-market opportunity that will allow us to continue to thrive in Haverhill.”
