Everest of Nordlund Assoc. leases 27,500 s/f
RSC Equipment Rental, a leading provider of equipment rental services for the construction, industrial/petrochemical, manufacturing and governmental sectors, leased 27,500 s/f at 2350 G Turnpike Rd. in the Nomid Industrial Park. The site offers the necessary yard space to accommodate the RSC equipment.
Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented the landlord, NOMID Trust and Warren Brown of Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
