Evans and Sutton of NAI Hunneman arrange 10,182 s/f office lease to AZTherapies

Boston, MA NAI Hunneman completed a 10,182 s/f lease transaction with AZTherapies at 222 Berkeley St. in the city’s Back Bay. The biotechnology drug developer company is relocating its operations from the Prudential Tower.

NAI Hunneman executive vice president Peter Evans and vice president Ben Sutton represented AZTherapies in the transaction while the sub-landlord was represented by Bill Crean and John Freni from CBRE.

“It was a pleasure to work with and support such an innovative company like AZTherapies,” said Evans. “The team was very clear as to their wants and needs for space allowing us to focus in on a select group of properties and quickly identify the best location for the company.”
