Esposito to head Lendlease America’s east region

Boston, MA Lendlease has a new framework for its construction division in the Americas.  The construction division is now divided into two regions; an east region and a west region.

The east region is comprised of operations in New York City, Boston/Princeton and Washington D.C., and it will be led by Ralph Esposito, who has been promoted to run the entire east region, and continues to report to Americas chief operating officer for construction, Jeff Arfsten. Leaders from the New York City, Boston/Princeton and Washington D.C. offices will now report to Esposito.

Prior to his new role with Lendlease, Esposito served as executive general manager overseeing construction operations in the New York metro area.  Under his leadership, Lendlease was managed the construction for such projects as the Columbia University’s Manhattanville Development, 432 Park Ave. the tallest residential project in the western hemisphere; and the National September 11th Memorial and Museum.

“Ralph Esposito has been a great leader for our operations in New York for many years and brings a track record of excellence for delivering projects safely while meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations,” said Americas chief operating officer for construction, Jeff Arfsten. “I could not be more proud and grateful to have Ralph take on this expanded role and additional responsibility,” he said.

The west region is comprised of operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago including the Great Lakes area, Raleigh/Durham and Mexico.  Jeff Arfsten will continue to have direct responsibility for the west region, as well as continuing to lead the overall construction division in the Americas. Leaders from the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago including the Great Lakes area, Raleigh/Durham and Mexico offices will continue report to Arfsten.

“The reorganization of the construction division is designed to leverage our presence and expand the collective skills Lendlease has within these geographies to enhance our business and build stronger relationships with our clients,” said Arfsten.
