Erland to build new 18,000 s/f in New England Business Center

18 New England Business Center Drive - Andover, MA

Andover, MA Andover MCB, LLC and Eastport Real Estate Services are teaming with ARC and Erland to design and construct an amenity-focused building within the New England Business Center (NEBC) office park. Centrally located on campus, the new 18,000 s/f, 2-story building will feature a modern café with indoor and outdoor seating and meeting space, as well as a fitness center and locker rooms.

NEBC is home to four existing office buildings that will remain occupied and unaffected throughout construction. The addition of this amenity-focused building will create a more vibrant workplace environment for the numerous companies that occupy the park. To increase accessibility to the new space, Erland will also construct a pedestrian footbridge that employees and visitors can utilize. By improving the tenant experience with these exceptional amenities, Andover MCB, LLC and Eastport Real Estate Services will increase NEBC’s occupancy, retention, and long-term value.
