Erland's Leonard Florence Center awarded CMAA project of the year

The 91,000 s/f, 100-unit Leonard Florence Center for Living, built by Erland Construction, Inc. has won the Project of the Year award from Construction Manager's Association of America (CMAA) New England Chapter. Standing out as the most deserving in the New Construction Under $30 Million category, this project was honored for its innovation, teamwork, and dedication to excellence. On April 28, the project team - consisting of members from the owner, the Chelsea Jewish Foundation; development/financial consultants, Affirmative Investments; owner's representative, CS2/NE; architect DiMella Shaffer Associates; and Erland - gathered at the annual chapter awards program luncheon to accept the award. Erland finished the skilled nursing facility in nineteen months.
