Erland Construction breaks ground on 16,000 s/f Meeting/Performance Hall at Fenn

Erland Construction was recently awarded the new 16,000 s/f Meeting and Performance Hall for the Fenn School. On September 24th, the school held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the new project. Teaming with Imai Keller Moore Architects, Erland is scheduled to complete the building next fall. "We're very excited to start this challenging, new project for the Fenn School," said Erland's president, Steve McDonald. "They're a new client for us and we're eager to prove ourselves to them and build a lasting relationship." Situated in the center of the campus, the new Meeting and Performance Hall will feature a 458-seat theater, two band and music classrooms, and multi-purpose areas. Erland is one of the region's leading open shop construction management, program management, design/build and general contracting firms.
