Erland Const. to renovate 6,690 s/f childcare center for CA Technologies
Burlington, MA CA Technologies has partnered with Erland Construction and ASD/SKY for a second project at their new 45 Network Dr. location. The 3-month fast-tracked renovation will take place in an occupied building within this occupied campus. The 6,690 s/f child development center will provide academic and childcare services for children (ages six weeks to six years) of CA Tech. employees.
The landlord is Nordblom Co.
This on-site amenity creates a greater sense of community and provides employees the opportunity to take an active role in their child’s education. Parents are able to come down and visit, have lunch, and participate in center events without having to take additional time off from work. The center will mimic the feeling of home.
