EnviroVantage’s VP Prior named to IICRC

Epping, NH Chris Prior, EnviroVantage’s vice president of indoor air quality, has been named to the IICRC Consensus Body for the S530 Standard for Indoor Environmental Assessment for Suspected Mold Contaminated Structures. IICRC, the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, founded in 1972 maintains the industry’s highest standards for the inspection, cleaning and restoration of the built environment.

Once adopted, the S530 will establish a proper methodology and protocol for the inspection and evaluation of structures that are known, or suspected to have, mold contamination, and will promote proper methodology and processes for the assessment of mold-contaminated structures.

Prior is both a Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor.

He leads EnviroVantage’s Indoor Air Quality Division that provides mold removal, asbestos abatement, and duct cleaning services in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. The team has more than 35 years of experience with black mold removal and holds certifications from the American Council for Accredited Certification, Indoor Air Quality Association, National Air Duct Cleaners Association, as well as the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
