Empire State Realty Trust leases 10,842 s/f at 100 First Stamford Place
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (www.empirestaterealtytrust.com), one of the leading real estate investment trusts with office and retail properties in Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area, has leased 10,842 s/f at 100 First Stamford Place to American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.
American Express will relocate from 400 Atlantic St. to its newly built offices at First Stamford Place this summer. First Stamford Place is a three-building, 784,160 rentable s/f office complex adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center, providing tenants with immediate access to Metro North and I-95.

Newman represented the landlord in the transaction, along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. Sean Cahill and Jim Silberfein of CBRE represented American Express.
