Elliot & Co. negotiated 2,500 s/f lease to Stuart Ravech LLP & Scott Murphy, Esq., on behalf of CMI Prop. Inc.

Elliot & Co. LLC has negotiated a new 2,500 s/f lease to the law firm of Stuart Ravech LLP & Scott Murphy, Esq., on behalf of CMI Property Inc. at 129 Morgan Dr. Ravech & Murphy, a general practice law firm, is relocating to 129 Morgan Dr. from 212 Carnegie Row, another local office property managed by CMI. Ravech & Murphy will occupy space on the second floor Elliot Ravech, president and principal of Elliot & Co., represented CMI. Managed by CMI, 129 Morgan Dr., is a two-story, mixed-use facility with access to I-95 and U.S. Rte. 1. The building supports office, lab, warehouse, R&D and distribution uses. Elliot & Co. is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. , which now is 100 percent occupied.
