Elcock, Lynch, and O'Brien of Colliers International executes 2,638 s/f lease

American Bioanalytical, Inc. recently executed a new 2,638 s/f lease at 11 Huron Dr. located in the East Natick Industrial Park. The lease represents an expansion of office space for the firm, which is headquartered across the street in 10,000 s/f at 15 Erie Dr. Jim Elcock, Bill Lynch, and Tim O'Brien of Colliers International represented both American Bioanalytical and the landlord, Legacy Real Estate Ventures, in the transaction, which leased half of the vacancy at the site. Additional details of the lease transaction were not disclosed. Built in 1986, 11 Huron Dr. is a two-story, 30,000 s/f office/R&D building featuring abundant natural light, professionally landscaped grounds and an outdoor patio. The property is located close to Rte. 9, Rte. 30 and I-90. Recently purchased by Legacy Real Estate Ventures, 11 Huron Dr. has undergone substantial renovations including resurfacing the exterior skin of the building, installation of a new roof, a new cooling tower and extensive cosmetic improvements such as signage and furnishings. There is approximately 2,300 s/f remaining on the second floor to lease, featuring an expansive window line and a high level of finishes.
