Resolve Technology has executed a new 6,979 s/f lease to relocate its headquarters to 300 First Ave.
The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of executive vice president James Elcock and vice president Elias Demakes represented the landlord, Three Hundred Realty Trust. Resolve Technology was represented by senior associate Michael O'Leary of DTZ FHO Partners. Â Â
300 First Ave. is a three-story, 75,000 s/f class A office building located a quarter mile from Exit 19 off Rte. 128 in the New England Business Center. Â
