Eisenacher named vice president of business development at Corvias Campus Living

Corvias Group, a privately-owned, vertically-integrated real estate solutions group, has named Geoff Eisenacher vice president of business development for Corvias Campus Living, the company's student housing division. In this position, Eisenacher will coordinate all phases of the business development process, manage contract negotiation, and partner with Corvias leadership to increase the understanding and effectiveness of business objectives. He will also be responsible for conducting research and identifying potential strategic partnerships to support the expansion of Corvias Campus Living. "Geoff's wide range of experience in operations, business development and strategic planning will make him a valuable asset in helping grow the Corvias Campus Living portfolio," said Kurt Ehlers, managing director of Corvias Campus Living. "I am excited to have him as part of our team, and believe he will be extremely successful in developing partnerships with colleges and universities." Eisenacher brings almost 20 years of experience in student housing to Corvias. He most recently served as vice president of business development for Asset Campus Housing, a student housing management and development firm with a portfolio that consists of more than 90 properties across the country. While at Asset Campus Housing, Eisenacher was responsible for establishing relationships and identifying new management opportunities. Eisenacher also previously held the position of assistant vice president of business development at Campus Living Villages, a national provider of privatized management and development of on-campus student housing that owns and manages more than 44,000 beds spanning more than 20 states and four countries.
