Waterbury, CT Tyler Egner and Zack Burnett of Sky Realty Group brokered the sale of a 15 unit apartment complex.

A NJ investor acquired the building for $1.5 million ($100,000/unit). The 15-unit apartment complex is located at 4 John St. The building was renovated in 2021-2022 by a CT-based investor.

Egner and Burnett of Sky Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.

The 15-unit brick apartment building has a unit mix: Three one-bedroom and 12 studios. Features include newly separated utilities, newly renovated units, high efficiency Navien Combi boilers. Built in 1905, keyless entry, LED lighting throughout fire rated doors, sprinklers systems, and coin or card operated laundry.
