Eastport Real Estate Services manages tenant improvements for Trelleborg

Wakefield, MA Debra Marazzo, portfolio manager for Eastport Real Estate Services, oversaw a tenant improvement project for Trelleborg, a global engineering group focused on polymer technology. This local Trelleborg branch is located in the Audubon Commerce Center office park located at 107 Audubon Rd.

Marazzo represented the owner, Audubon Commerce Center, LLC in the lease renewal for Trelleborg in their existing 5,052 s/f suite. As part of Trelleborg’s renewal, the landlord provided improvements to their suite, which included reconfiguration of existing offices, new carpet, new paint, and a kitchen upgrade.

The improvement work commenced in June and was done in phases to accommodate the tenants’ business requirements. Marazzo worked with the contractor, Original Contracting, to ensure quality work was performed according to scope in an efficient and timely manner. The project was completed in October and Marazzo said, “This was a challenging project, mainly due to the phasing of the project that required the work to be completed while the tenant was still working within the space. All parties – tenant/Eastport/sub contractors/furniture vendor/tel-data vendor – worked together to make this project a success.”
