East Brown Cow hires Kazilionis as administrator

Portland, ME East Brown Cow hired Ceara Kazilionis as operations & asset administrator. 

As operations and asset administrator, Kazilionis will provide support for East Brown Cow’s real estate and leasing functions. The operations and asset administrator is a new position for the company and will play an important role in the day-to-day operations and tenant coordination of East Brown Cow’s growing real estate portfolio in downtown. 

With experience in the legal sector, encompassing roles in real estate foreclosure and employment law, Kazilionis brings a skill set to the East Brown Cow team. Her career began at a Florida law firm where she progressed to legal assistant. She currently holds a real estate license in Maine. 

“We are excited to welcome Ceara to the team,” says Tim Soley, President & CEO of East Brown Cow. “Her experience in both law and human resources speaks to our team’s thoughtful, multifaceted approach to real estate investment, development, and management. Her accomplished and diverse background will be integral as East Brown Cow continues our commitment to urban excellence in downtown Portland.” 

Originally from Old Orchard Beach, Kazilionis looks forward to applying her skills and expertise towards local projects and initiatives in Maine. “I am thrilled to be part of the team at East Brown Cow as they continue to make an impact throughout downtown Portland,” explains Kazilionis. “East Brown Cow’s projects prioritize high-quality design and connectivity, and I am eager to leverage my industry knowledge to support the team in their ongoing efforts.”
