Dyer Brown Architects sponsors Bakey's Bull N' Beer event

The New England Chapter board of directors met in Boston on Thursday, Dec. 9 for its last meeting of the year, prior to its final Bull N' Beer event for 2010. After the board meeting, the Chapter held its last event for 2010 at Bakey's Pub for its quarterly Bull N' Beer event. Roger Shepley of Dyer Brown Architects sponsored this event that attracted 25 attendees. The evening program held at Bakey's attracted SIOR members and guests from Maine, New Hampshire and the Boston-Worcester markets. The event allows commercial practitioners to discuss the market trends and pipeline news in the market. Dyer Brown Architects discussed some of the current issues in the tenant market both in Boston and the suburbs. Tom Farrelly also welcomed the attendees and discussed Chapter events for 2011 and the overall 2010 commercial real estate market. The Bull N' Beer event has been a successful event at the SIOR National conventions that is benchmarked by the Chapter. The Chapter would again like to thank Dyer Brown Architects for sponsoring this event and Don Mancini for organizing the event.
