Durgin of Conway Commercial brokers $1 million sale of Tobey medical building

Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, recently brokered the sale of the 8,000 s/f Tobey medical office building. Durgin represented the seller, Riverside Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Axis Tobey Medical LLC, who purchased the fully leased building at 106 Main St. for $1 million. "It was a relatively quick sale in today's market," said Durgin, who heads the commercial division of Jack Conway, Realtor. "Medical office space is very much in demand from an investor's standpoint, and this building is fully occupied with long-term tenants. It's also within walking distance of Tobey Hospital, the area's largest health care facility. We had a lot of interest in this listing." Conway Commercial was established in 1956 as the commercial division of Jack Conway & Co., Inc., which is celebrating its 54th anniversary with 42 sales offices from the North Shore to Boston, Cape Cod and the South Coast.
