Durgin of Conway Commercial arranges 16,000 s/f office lease
Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial recently orchestrated a deal to bring one of the largest human service organizations to town.
Durgin brokered a lease transaction on behalf of GLDG Realty, involving its 16,000 s/f office building on Finnell Dr. Durgin also procured the new tenant, Vinfen Corporation.
"We were so pleased to have attracted such a high quality tenant in Vinfen," said Durgin. "They have a proven track record of success operating in more than 300 locations around Mass. and northern Conn."
Vinfen is a private, non-profit human services organization and is a leading mental health provider in Mass. Vinfen plans to occupy the building early this Spring.
