The Housing Partnership Network has executed a lease to expand its premises to 5,400 s/f at 160 State St.
Senior vice president Francis Durand, vice president Lawrence Epstein and associate Helene Horan of Meredith & Grew's Boston brokerage group represented Housing Partnership Network. Vice president Ben Heller and associate Broker Katharine Krein of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Northland Investment Corporation.Â
