DTZ FHO Partners promotes Elia, Pace and Hughes to senior VP

DTZ FHO Partners, has promoted Jennifer Elia, Deanne Pace and Catherine Hughes to senior VP. Elia joined DTZ FHO Partners in 2007 as a VP and is responsible for managing lease administration services and assisting clients in the lease negotiation process. As senior VP, Elia will manage lease administration services for the firm's corporate clients. Hughes has been promoted from VP to senior VP. In this role, Hughes will continue to engage in financial analysis for corporate clients, both locally and nationwide, for the corporate advisory group. With her promotion from VP to senior VP, Pace will continue to specialize in lease audit services. A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Pace joined DTZ FHO Partners in 2007 after serving as vice president for Trammell Crow Co. for seven years.
