DTZ FHO Partners completed two subleases totaling 28,966 s/f on behalf of Sigmatel. Leases were signed with Navic Networks for 19,920 s/f which will be relocating from 140 Kendrick St., and InnoCentive for 9,046 s/f which will be relocating from 35 New England Business Center in Andover.
John Butterworth, formerly of Meredith & Grew and now with CB Richard Ellis/New England represented Navic Networks while Michael O'Leary and Ted Lyon of DTZ FHO represented InnoCentive. Sigmatel was represented by John Boyle of DTZ FHO in both these transactions.
