Drohan, Nowak, and Bentley join Groom Construction

Boston, MA Groom Construction, Co., Inc., has hired senior superintendent Doug Drohan, project manager Peter Nowak, and assistant project manager Connor Bentley.  

Drohan joins the company with over 30 years of construction experience. Most recently he acted as superintendent at NEI General Contracting and prior to that, Commodore Builders. Drohan’s extensive experience includes both ground-up and renovation projects in the commercial and multi-residential markets.  

Nowak brings nine years of commercial and residential experience to the company. His background includes work as a project manager and project engineer with former employers Stateside Construction Group and CTA Construction Managers. He earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. 

Bentley has six years of project management experience in the construction field, with extensive knowledge in commercial development projects. He has a proven track record of planning and implementing small to large-scale projects.
