DPS Group promotes Allard to V.P. of U.S. finance

Boston, MA DPS Group has promoted Lindsy Allard to vice president of U.S. Finance. In her new role, Allard has been appointed to the American Management Board.

“In her role as U.S. controller, Lindsy has played a key role in managing all aspects of the finances of a business that has grown threefold during her tenure,” said Eddie Kent, CFO for DPS Group Global. 

“As VP of U.S. Finance, Lindsy will continue to lead the finance function in addition to providing financial leadership to the Management team as we continue our expansion both organically and strategically in the US.”

Allard has more than 15 years of experience in strategic financial management with a focus on growth, strong business practices and operational execution. In her most recent role as U.S. Controller for DPS, she was effective in implementing several valuable initiatives, successfully leading teams in the financial space of planning, accounting, process design and implementation, project management, and reporting.

Prior to joining DPS in 2016, Allard held a senior management position with CLEAResult, backed by a leading global growth equity firm where the company experienced rapid growth both organically and through acquisition. Prior to that, she held a corporate accounting management position with Conservation Services Group, an energy management service provider and many other positions in the Life Science and building science industry. She holds a Master of Science in Management with an accounting concentration from Worcester State University. Allard is a member of the CFO Summit, an invitation-only group comprised of executives in finance. She is a volunteer with the Junior Achievement program, Literacy Volunteers of Greater Worcester and the South Middlesex Opportunity Council where she works with women in emergency housing. She has also volunteered for overseas missions in the Dominican Republic to work with under privileged youth.
