Doyle and Vita of Haynes Management, Inc. handle 16,288 s/f in six leases
The Haynes Management, Inc. brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban recently represented two landlords in six transactions totaling 16,288 s/f in Wellesley. Two of the new leases were at 40 Grove St., bringing the building to full occupancy. The four other deals were at 65 Walnut St. and bring the total occupancy to 92%.
Two of the new tenant's include:
* Miyares and Harrington LLP leased space at 40 Grove St., Suite 190 - Formed in 1988, Miyares and Harrington is dedicated to the practice of law in the public interest and concentrates its professional work in municipal, land use, litigation and related areas of law for over 25 years.
* Wellesley Pediatric Speech Therapy and Wellesley Pediatric Occupational Therapy leased space at 65 Walnut St. The practice provides evaluations and treatment for children ages 9 months to 18 years with a variety of developmental and medical diagnoses.
Haynes Management is a real estate management, leasing and development company that specializes in commercial office properties in the western suburbs of Boston, and in southern New Hampshire. Haynes manages 48 office properties and 3 retail properties that total over one million s/f of commercial space. Most of their properties have been designed to accommodate tenants that require 1,000 s/f to 10,000 s/f.
Hingham, MA The Conrad Group has brokered the sale of 55 Research Rd., South Shore Park. The property consists of a 20,340 s/f single story manufacturing building on two acres of land.
