All of the transactions were new tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio. Two of the deals were at 40 Grove St., Wellesley and bring the building's occupancy to 98%. At 888 Worcester St. in Wellesley a 3,665 s/f transaction brings the building to 88% occupancy. In Wellesley Hills at 30 Washington St., a 5,771s/f tenant will be moving in to a now fully leased building. Next door at 36 Washington St., a tenant leasing 2,404 s/f makes the building 89% occupied. Lastly, a 1,245 s/f tenant at Echo Bridge Office Park brings the building's occupancy to 90%.
