Doyle and Hoban of Haynes Management broker 15 leases

Wellesley, MA The brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban of  The Haynes Management Inc. represented nine landlords in 15 transactions totaling 21,433 s/f.  All of the transactions were with new tenants joining the Haynes Mgmt. portfolio in the towns of Lexington, Newton and Wellesley.

Two deals in the Fraser Medical Building in Wellesley Hills bring the building’s occupancy to 100%.  At 51 River St. in Wellesley Hills, a new real estate company leased space. Next door at 36 Washington St., a new grass roots public affairs business joined the multi-tenant office building.  Two new tenants leased 3,907 s/f at at Echo Bridge Office Park bringing the parks occupancy to 97% occupancy. 

In Lexington the Haynes brokerage team leased 1,724 s/f  at 1050 Waltham St. 

Haynes Management Inc. is a Wellesley based real estate management, leasing and development company that specializes in commercial office properties in the western suburbs of Boston and in southern New Hampshire.  Haynes manages 48 office properties and three retail properties that total over one million s/f.
