Doyle and Beaudry of Cresa Boston rep BLR in 13,000 s/f relocation

Middletown, MA Joe Doyle and Gabrielle Beaudry of Cresa Boston recently represented BLR in a 13,000 s/f office relocation to the Ferncroft Corporate Center at 35 Village Rd. BLR previously occupied space at 75 Sylvan St. in Danvers. According to Beaudry, the new location has close access to highways and shopping centers, the firm’s upgraded space will help to attract and retain top talent.

Mike McCormick and Barry Dubé from Cresa’s project management group will be overseeing the buildout of the new space. BLR will move into its class A office space June 2016. Employees will enjoy many of the on-site amenities such as covered parking, a fitness center, cafeteria, and conference center that BLR can use for on-site meetings.

The landlord, Sovereign Partners, was represented by Torin Taylor and the suburban north team of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
