Diversified Project Management, Inc. facilitates NorthEast Electrical Distributors relocation to 190,000 s/f

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) has completed the NorthEast Electrical Distributors (NEED) renovation and relocation project. NEED, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, relocated its headquarters and distribution center from Canton to 190,000 s/f on Oak St. The new facility features a training center, employee cafeteria and over 160,000 s/f of warehouse space. DPM was retained by Equity Industrial Partners on NEED's behalf to develop a comprehensive plan for the turnkey project which included the renovation and multi-phased relocation of office and warehouse space. DPM also assisted with the coordination of the design/build team consisting of Dacon Corp. (general contractor), Maugel Architects and Boston Industrial Consulting Engineers.
