Dirubbo buys Acella Construction Corp.
Acella Construction Corporation's co-founder David Dirubbo has purchased Acella Construction and assumed the position of the company's president and chief executive officer. Dirubbo co-founded Acella Construction with his partner Robert Johnson in 2003. Johnson recently sold his shares to Dirubbo.
