Dill of Cresa Providence represents Aflac in a 2,750 s/f office lease at 110 Jefferson Boulevard

Kenneth Dill of Cresa Providence recently represented Aflac, a worldwide insurance agency, in a 2,750 s/f office lease at 110 Jefferson Blvd. Previously located at 200 Centerville Rd., Aflac moved its regional office into the single-story, 20,000 s/f standalone building this month. The favorable rent, improved visibility, larger space, ample parking, compliance with Aflac requirements, proximity to I-95, and a flexible landlord were all factors that attracted Aflac to the new location. The landlord was represented by Celeste Marcellino of Coast Realty Associates. "It became clear that we needed an objective tenant advocate to help us expand into the right space," said William Kirk, regional sales coordinator of Aflac. "Cresa helped us streamline the process and find a perfect new location for our Rhode Island office." Cresa LLC, one of the nation's largest corporate real estate advisory firms exclusively representing tenants, is headquartered in Boston.
