Dieker and Connolly of CBRE neg. 67,000 s/f lease for Liberty Woods
According to CB Richard Ellis, Axsys Technologies, Inc. has signed the first lease in the newly repositioned Liberty Woods Technology Center located at 44 Simon St. Axsys Technologies, a publicly traded precision optical and motion control systems manufacturer, signed a lease for 67,000 s/f of office and light manufacturing space. Axsys will utilize the space to expand its existing Nashua Optical Systems Group operations.
Liberty Woods Technology Center is a 240,000 s/f high-tech facility formerly owned by Teradyne Corp. and occupied by Amphenol Corp. through November.
Roger Dieker and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Liberty Simon St., LLC. Bill Luers of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate represented the tenant.
