Newton, MA Joseph De Vito, president/CEO of The Village Bank, has hired Klio DiCenzo as senior vice president/human resources.
DiCenzo comes to the bank after working as the chief people officer at RA Capital, LP. She previously held leadership positions in human resources at Athenahealth and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
DiCenzo will oversee the human resources and training functions of the bank, and lead the institution’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. DiCenzo is a graduate of Simmons College.
“We are excited to add Klio to our talented senior team,” De Vito said. “She brings energy, knowledge and experience to the position, and we believe she is a great fit for The Village Bank.”
The Village Bank, chartered by the state in 1910, has nine full-service branches in Newton, Wayland and Waltham, as well as a corporate office and loan center in Upper Falls.
The bank is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) and the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF).
