Diandra DiBiase Bilodeau ~ Project Manager of the Year

DiBiase Bilodeau is a third-generation manager for her family’s real estate development business. She has been a valued team member since joining the company in 2015 and has built and sold over 200 homes. For the last eight years she has been a project manager and recently was promoted to senior development manager. In these roles, DiBiase Bilodeau organizes and facilitates the complete development process, from planning to the delivery of finished product to homeowners. This includes working with city and town officials on permits, coordinating all day-to-day operations of the developments, and personally delivering the homes to each respective client.

Recently, DiBiase Bilodeau was responsible for the $45 million 55+ development Blu Haven. It broke ground in November of 2020 and the first home closed in October of 2021. She bought out the project from vendors to ensure supply chain issues did not hinder the completion of units. In fact, she closed on 25 units in just eight months—one of the fastest build times during the COVID-19 pandemic. To date, she has sold over $1 million in upgraded interior selections to 35 buyers.

The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, remodelers, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, and other professionals in the home building industry. The annual awards were presented during an event at the Museum of Science in Boston.

“PRISM has become a much anticipated annual event that showcases all the great projects and people of our local home building industry,” said BRAGB executive officer Scott Palmer.

While power outages are often blamed on storms, they can also be caused by unforeseen events like accidents or construction mishaps. While it’s impossible to prevent disasters and power outages entirely, proactive preparation can significantly minimize their impact on your commercial building.
