Diamond and Giokas of Paramount Partners signs LuxSmile to 1,706 s/f at The Shops at Ocean's Gate

According to Reid Diamond and Matthew Giokas of Paramount Partners, LLC, LuxeSmile has leased 1,706 s/f to accommodate a full-service dental boutique at The Shops at Ocean's Gate in the town center. LuxeSmile, owned and operated by Dr. William Burghardt, is a cosmetic and family dental practice. "I am so excited to be opening this unique practice in this beautiful location in the heart of Marshfield," said Burghardt. "Our office will be unlike any other dental office you have ever visited. The experience of dentistry has changed for the better. The environment will feel more spa-like, and the treatments will only be with state of the art equipment. LuxeSmile will be able to offer same day crowns, laser whitening, drill-free dentistry, smile design and enhancement services, and all in an easy to relax in environment guaranteed. Your treatment will start with a warm greeting and end with a hot towel. Given the nature of our practice and the quality of our services, in addition to serving our host community, we expect to draw heavily from nearby areas of Duxbury, Scituate, Hanover, and Kingston." The Shops at Ocean's Gate is a new 40,000 s/f retail center located at the corner of Ocean St. (Rte. 139) and Webster St. in downtown. Serving as the new face of this South Shore town's primary commercial district, the project is part of a downtown shopping center that boasts over 300,000 s/f of GLA. The Shops at Ocean's Gate is the latest development of well-known Boston-based developer, Diamond Sinacori, LLC. The firm is also known for Dreamwold and James Landing in nearby Scituate and The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill in Boston. Paramount Partners, LLC represented the developer and procured the tenant. Merrill Diamond, a founding partner of Diamond/Sinacori, LLC, said, "LuxeSmile is a perfect fit for our tenant mix which, among other uses, encompasses a number of current businesses devoted to health and beauty." Other tenants include Get in Shape for Women, Elizabeth Grady, Verizon Wireless/Wireless City, Anton's Cleaners, The Hong Kong, and Anna's Country Kitchen. The announcement of another tenant, a nationally known retailer, at The Shops at Ocean's Gate is imminent.
